Just a quick note to remind everyone that this week we are back in the classroom for the tute (friday)- incase everyone was wondering why I haven't posted yet, as this is my week for presentation.
I had a beautiful blog all written out too, but now I have to come face to face with your ugly muggs instead! :)
I hope everyone has got something out of this blog- I think that althought it can be harder to remember to log-on every week, it promots much more considered and interesting discussion than you get in a classroom when everyone is just watching the clock and throwing the odd comment into the room :P. Depends upon the tute of course.

@Anna: Post your blog anyway! I can't make it to this week's tute (and I was really looking forward to discussing this week's topic, especially after the discussions we've had on the blog ;_; ). I'd love to hear what you have to say. Just because we're officially back in class doesn't mean we can't keep the blog going...
@Liam: The second reading is missing pages in the reader, but if you download it from CMO it's all there.
To be honest I perfer face to face tuts - it makes me do the reading properly instead of skimming over it. However time-wise the online tuts is nice and flexible. I'm in half a mind about it :/

and we all know I would've loved to have been in this tute haha.
I do like online better though, because you can kind of do it whenever which gives you more flexibility, but I do agree with Nikky in that you don't tend to do the readings as well if you don't have to talk about it face to face..
I prefer online too. My brain doesn't work fast enough to handle real-time conversations...
it's funny, normally i'd agree that i prefer online tute, but with the small turnout it was actually pretty good.
oh sorry guys I only just got online today- I'll post my notes for anyone that still wants to have a look at them. They get pretty dot-pointy towards the end, but you get the gist!!xxx
